Hobo Sound Beach

Hobo Sound Beach is just off US 1, with limited parking and no fees. Excellent outdoor location for families, particularly those with young children. Somewhat private, and down a gentle multi-step, tree-lined path. Quiet and peaceful, just like a beach should be.

How is Hobo Sound Beach?

The views of the Atlantic are beautiful, and a wonderful place to spend the day. This beach is incredibly clean. Lifeguards are on duty during the day until about 4 p.m. The restrooms are reasonably modern and rather clean. Parking is free, though the lot might get crowded.

Downside, there are no concessions or amenities nearby, and it’s surrounded by residential areas. Bring your own food, water, and sunscreen.
